Perched on the 3rd floor of the hotel, Rambutan’s rooftop bar and restaurant command breathtaking views of the Ross River and the vibrant Flinders Street restaurant and nightlife district. The rooftop exudes a Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere, where covered and open-air spaces seamlessly blend. You’ll discover a fascinating interplay of materials, including reclaimed wood structures set against concrete and metal elements, illuminated by gracefully hanging lights. Contemporary furniture adds to the chic ambiance.
Around a central swimming pool, you’ll find a variety of seating options, from cozy cabanas to sociable communal tables and comfortable banquettes.
Our bar menu boasts an extensive selection, featuring an array of spirits, international beers, wines from around the world, and a rotating lineup of both classic and contemporary cocktails.
In consideration of the comfort and tranquility of our registered Rambutan hotel guests, pool access is exclusively reserved for them.
